Hunker down
Here is a Fay relocated refuge I found on the sidewalk.
I swear if I hear one more reporter say "hunker down" I'll lose it. Its not even a hurricane. Its just a big storm. Where not even getting much ran here, and the projected paths, come on could they be any more vague, and they weren't even close.
Anyway that's my rant for the day.

Mundane
A rather uneventful weekend. I wasn't feeling well Sunday, so I stayed home and watch Olympics all day. I've really been missing my Dad. It really makes you think about cherishing the ones you have while they are here. You shouldn't cross your family, because really they are all you have in the end.

Start em young!
If you teach kids to swim young, you don't have to worry so much about being on the 6 O'clock news.

When it rains it poors!!!
Just about three weeks ago the sisterinlaws laptop was having problems, and somehow her computer problems are my computer problems. Anyway, the next weekend I get a nasty PC virus on my PC and have to reformat my computer. If you don't know what reformatting is, its a pain in the butt is what it is. Then the laptop i reformatted the week before, the hard drive dies. So we setup an old desktop PC, and a few days after that was running the monitor dies. Now a few days after that my PC's CPU has over heated and i think its fried. At this point my backup computer(laptop), my ex-girlfriend still had. I finally got my laptop back yesterday, and now I'm just waiting for this one to break. Why should Murphy's law stop now?

Pimp
This last Sunday I met with my friend Mike who is going to Japan to work as a english teacher. We had lunch at Seito japanese restaurant where we had sushi, sashimi, and katsu. Very good by the way. He leaves for Japan at the end of August. It will be nice to have a contact when in a strange place alone. He'll be my life line like in "who wants to be a millionaire". We walked over to Borbers while waiting for a movie at the theater and I saw the PIMPest bicycle ever. Anyway I saw Batman The Dark Knight. It was really good. I think a bit long. They probably could have cut about 30 minute from the movie. Heath Ledger was "sick". In a good way.
I find myself taking picture of random stuff more and more, its like an addiction.
