Merry Christmas!
This last weekend my friends Maki and Yuichiro that drove me around Tokyo came into town. First we took them to shoot my pistol at the range. They where very excited about that, and then we took them to Seaworld. They are a lot of fun to have around and we had a great time. I would like to go back and visit them again one day.
I can't believe its Christmas eve and I haven't posted anything sense thanksgiving. I've had a lot going on. A little over two weeks ago my girlfriends sister in law came into town and I took them and two other friends to Seaworld. They got to meet a whale and a Penguin up close. We drank some free beer ate some good food and had a blast. Then went to Kobe steak house for dinner. Now that I've been to Japan I realize just how not Japanese that restaurant is. Its so good though.
On a sad note I'm a paw bearer today for one of the sweetest ladies I've ever know. It's has been an honor and pleasure to have know you Ruby.

Thanksgiving weekend
My brother took the kids to Mississippi to visit family and I headed to visit with my girlfriends family in Ohio. It was cold but I had a really good time and everyone was very nice. I flew up by myself but drove back with her and two friends. The drive took us about 20 hours because of traffic. It should have only taken about 16 hours. I hope everyone enjoyed there turkey day as much as I did.

Updates
Then of coarse there is Halloween. The Knight, the Cheer leader, and the Witch. We headed over to a friends neighborhood and the kids had a blast. I stayed at the house helping hand out candy. The day before I took Tiff and friends to her school anual teacher flag football game. I'm gonna try to sum up the past few weeks on this post. A few weeks ago Tiff helped me at my first attempt tyo make Katsu. It actually turned out really well. Maybe not quite as good as the Katsu I had in Japan but pretty close. Friday night we went to the coast to watch the last night shuttle launch. It was pretty amazing to see. We should have got a hotel out there, the traffic back to Orlando was awful.

Back home
I got back home Saturday, but the last week has proved to be rough getting back to this schedule. The last two days in Japan I spent shopping and packing. Friday night we stopped in at Roppongi for a few drinks and to see some local entertainment. We headed home before the trains stopped running. We decided to hit up the green car, so we didn't have to stand on the ride home. I had a great time in Japan and hope to visit there again some day.

Day 13 in Japan
I stayed out way to late because when I woke up I had to hurry up and pack my stuff because it was check out time. On my way to the train station I got a hair cut and found this public bath house. I didn't get to shower before I left the room, so I stopped in and cleaned up. I finally got on a train back to Tokyo. I was suppose to go hang out in Shinjuku with Ray's brother inlaw, but I had such a bad hang over all I could do was sleep when I got home.
Day 12 in Japan
Started of the day by walking up a mountain, I tried to see as much as I could In one day. After spending eight hours looking at temples and shrines, I stopped at this place and got a back and foot massage. It was well worth the money. I then found Kyoto's night life and drank until early hours in the morning.
Day 11 in Japan
After I got back from Utsunomiya I stopped by the house for some freash clothes and headed back out to hop on the next train to Kyoto. When I got to Kyoto I grabbed a hotel room and started making plans for things I need to see while I was there. I can't remeber all the names of the shrines and temples I went to but on the first day I only had time to see one.
Dat 10 in Japan
I took the bullet train north of Tokyo to visit a friend in Utsunomiya. We had a hearty dinner and a few drinks. Ray and his family where wonderful host. I just wish I had more time to visit with them. After dinner I grabbed a hotel room and took an early train back to Tokyo in the morning.
